When the weather starts to get warmer, I always get an urge for breakfast fruit smoothies. I am very lactose intolerant so, needless to say, I don’t eat a whole lot of ice cream or drink a lot of milk shakes. These fruit smoothies are a great non-dairy , healthy treat that are a perfect milkshake substitute. Enjoy!
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 small peaches
1 small to medium banana
Put all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. That’s all there is to it. It is so easy and I love the pretty purple color.
