Weekly Menu Plan

It is already my second week back to blogging/menu planning and, so far, so good!  There were a couple of nights last week that didn’t go quite as planned, but that is A-ok, since I just saved those meals for this week.  I have learned that it helps to be flexible when you menu plan, because sometimes life just gets in the way a little.  Here is what I plan to make this week:

Bubble up pizza with fresh fruit

Grilled pork chops with oven baked fries and salad

Enchilada dip with salad

Sausage bake with fresh fruit

Grilled steak burgers with oven baked fries

Pineapple pork loin (side dishes by family)

Pizza night
